Here is the original recipe, made up back in the 90's when I wasn't eating beef. And was a little obnoxious about it......
1 lbs of ground turkey meat
1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 minced onion
1-2 tsp tomato puree
1/4 cup grated cheese (I used the fake parm cheese thinking there was limited dairy in that anyways)
1 tsp parsley
1 T Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, celery salt
Form into little balls, bake on parchment paper at 350 for about 25-30 min.
Great dinner served with a veggie. We didn't even bother with any sauce, just dipped the meatballs in ketchup by the 2 year old.
