Cinnamon Sugar Nuts

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/8 t. salt
2-3 T cinnamon
3-4 cups nuts (almonds and pecans)

1 egg white, beaten
2 t vanilla

Mix the nuts and the sugar.  Mix the egg and the vanilla.  Pour the egg over the nut mixture.  Stir to make sure all the nuts are coated.

Put in Your Sister's Slow Cooker on medium for 3-4 hours.  Stir every 30 min.  Add 2-3 T water at the end to help them get crisp.  Put on cookie sheet to dry.

Don't eat them all at once.....
