Meal Plan February

Sunday: Honey ginger salmon, kale brussel sprout salad.
Monday : Burgers with cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and pickle.  Sweet potato fries.
Tuesday: Kale white bean soup, left over fries
Wednesday: Buttermilk ranch grilled chicken salad (chop chop)
Thursday: Coconut curry chicken with brown rice
Friday: Dumplings (and leftovers for me)

Oatmeal for breakfast.  Salad or soup for lunch.
