Asparagus Bundles

My mother makes these for Easter....I could eat the whole platter.

Take thin asparagus stalks.  Snap off the very bottoms, then shave off the tough peel on the bottom.
Take slices of prosciutto and cut in half lengthwise so you have narrow strips.
Spread a light layer of cream cheese on the prosciutto.
Wrap bundles of 3-5 stalks of asparagus in the prosciutto.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Roast at 400 for 15 minutes.
