1 cup lentils
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
4 skinless chicken ( I used thighs , frozen like a brick)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 t coriander,
2 T parsley
4 cloves garlic
salt
1 am can of jalapeƱos.
Stick it all in the slow cooker. Come back in 6 hours.
It tastes like it needs some fat. Cheese, cream, even yogurt. Maybe this is what skinny people eat for dinner all the time..... Hmmm.
