Keibasa and Sauerkraut - No Flour, No Sugar Eastern European Goodness

Well, again, I ate like it was my job.  If I got paid for eating, I would be a millionaire.  I am concentrating on making enough for Charlotte as she is STILL not eating solid foods.  She's killing me.

I took a small fresh kielbasa from the local pork place and boiled it, then cut it into pennies.
Then I sauteed an onion in olive oil and a tsp of butter. 
When it was almost caramelized I added the entire bottle of Klausen's sauerkraut (drained and rinsed). I let it heat through.
Then added the kielbasa pennies and let the whole thing cook for about 10 min. 

It was amazing!  And I ate it with a beer.  I do what I can for Charlotte!
