Meal Plan January


  • Prosciutto wrapped salmon and green beans
  • Salmon nicoise salad (left over cold salmon, green beans, olives, tomatoes, and lettuce)
  • Veggie burgers with cheese and salad snd baked sweet potato fries
  • Buttermilk Ranch grilled chicken and spinach
  • Dumpling night (and leftovers)
