Overnight Steel Cut Oats

Embarrassingly simple.

Boil 4 cups of water in a large sauce pan.  Turn off the heat.  Add 1 cup of steel cut oats.  Cover. Come back in the morning (7-8 hours later).    If you are really feeling fancy, toast the oats in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes first.......
