Honey Ginger Salmon

1 c Soy Sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 t. garlic
1 t. ginger
chives

Marinate salmon in sauce for 30 min.  Roast at 400 for 12 - 15 minutes.

We eat this about 1x week.  left overs are good in a salad or plain in a lunch box.....
