Monday: Tomatillo Stew with Brown Rice
Tuesday:  Grilled chicken and salad
Wednesday: Ginger Honey Salmon with green beans
Thursday: Ginger Soy Pork Tenderloin with roasted broccoli
Thursday:  Dumplings and left overs.....

Lunch - soup and salads
Breakfast - oatmeal and coffee
