Meal Plan 8 - Spring

Monday: Shrimp and Asparagus salad and Meatballs (odd combination, but tastes good)
Tuesday: Veggie burgers with mushrooms and pickles, creamed spinach, asparagus bundles
Wednesday: Thai Grilled Chicken and Arugula Goat Cheese Salad
Thursday: Grilled chicken with Black Bean Sauce, Brown rice, tomato cucumber salad, tortilla chips (let's be honest)
Friday: Dumplings and left overs

Saturday: Going out.....
Sunday: Carnitia bowls with brown rice, black beans, and salsa
