Brie Arugula Crepes

Make crepes from Julia Child.
Melt thin slices of Brie on half of the crepe.
Place then slices of tart apple on the melted brie.
Drizzle with a little honey.
Add a handful of arugula.
Drizzle with the balsamic  vinaigrette.

 Fold into a triangle. It's the best crêpe you've ever had.
