Caper and Bean Salad

 Sliced shallot very thin.

Sliced shallot very thin.

Put it in the sauté pan with a quarter cup of oil.  Heat  

In a bowl add white beans,

Chickpeas,

Chopped capers

Chopped artichokes

Cucumbers

Tomatoes

Juice of one lemon.

Balsamic vinegar.

Pour the shallots and oil on the top.

Little bit of salt.

Mix
