Salmon with Mustard and Prosciutto
Today's lunch: Salmon with Grainy Mustard and Prosciutto.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take a 4-6 oz piece of salmon and place it on the baking sheet.
Spread grainy mustard on the top of the salmon piece.
Wrap in a piece of prosciutto.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min.
YUM!!! Super simple, super fast, and rather good for you.
Then....I take the left overs and make salmon salad.
