Today wasn't a complete bust, but I definitely strayed away from the essence of the program. I had a large amount of Veggie Sticks (junk food) and corn chips (junk food).
For breakfast I had a nice bowl of oatmeal with raisins, honey, peanut butter, and something else, I'm sure. Lunch was when things got rocky. I didn't have a salad for lunch so I brought a 1/2 cantaloupe, an apple, and 2 rice cakes. It turns out, that's won't do for a lunch. When I got back to Van Meter Drive to pick up Charlotte, I ate corn chips and hummus, then about 1/3 a bag of those veggie sticks. I ate so much, I wasn't hungry for dinner. I did eat a left over pork chop while I fed Charlotte some sweet potato cookies and tuna, but I did that becasue it was going to go bad if I left it any longer in the fridge and I thought I should have some protein, given I hadn't had any all day.
Not the greatest day, but not the worst. Technically still on track but I don't think you can count those veggie sticks as "real food".
