Tuesday the 17th
Rice cakes and 2 boiled eggs with grapefruit juice and coffee. Lunch was 2 pieces of deli roast beef and 2 pieces of deli chicken. Plus some pickled herring and then seltzer water. Snack was white wine and hummus and celery. Supper was roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes and green bean/bacon veggie dish. For evening snack I had a rice cake with peanut butter and fruit conserve. A couple glasses of water. Feeling better. Jeans fit - but not too well. Want to look good for the holidays - need to have energy to take good care of my sweetheart.
