Well, the kid will eat shrimp.....so I eat a lot of shrimp.
Grilled Spicy Shrimp:
3 T olive oil
1 T hot sauce (Tabasco)
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 lemon - the grated lemon peel AND the juice
2 t paprika
mix together, add the shrimp and toss to coat. Put on skewers, grill 3-4 min each side.
Serve with corn on the cob and a green salad.
