Beautiful fall day. Did some yard work- walked the dog - stayed away from sugar and white flour and limited processed foods. Still eating too much mayo and cheese. Had chicken , w w pita and cranberry jelly with mayo for lunch. Had fish Scampi and broccoli for supper with yogurt and fruit for dessert. Not bad. Will concentrate harder- focus and blog- and drop another 20 pounds by January. Saw the GP a few days ago & was pleased to be holding steady at the 20 pound loss over a wonderful summer.
