Pie crust in a deep dish pan, bake until brown.
Saute Ground beef with salt, remove from pan
butter, onions, salt, garlic, tomoato paste, add in beef.
add red wine, beef stock, worcestershire sauce, pepper.
off heat, add 1/2 c cream.
fill baked pie crust, add puff pastry on top, bake.
Serve with light tomato sauce.
